Adoption Application

Thank you for your interest in Grammys Puppy Love Doodles! We're excited to learn more about you and help match you with the perfect puppy for your family!

To get started, please complete our application form. This allows us to learn about your lifestyle, preferences, and what you're looking for in a puppy. Once your application has been submitted, please allow up to 2-3 days for us to review it. You will receive confirmation that we have received your application, and if you meet our initial qualifications, we will contact you to schedule a phone interview.

The phone interview gives us an opportunity to get to know you better, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that we are the right breeder for your family!

If your application is approved and you choose to move forward, a $500 non-refundable reservation and consultation fee will be required to secure your place on our waitlist or reserve an available puppy! This fee will be applied toward the purchase price of your puppy. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not send a reservation fee until your application has been approved.

The Reservation Fee may be transferred to another litter if needed; however, it will expire two years from the original deposit date. A signed deposit contract is required at the time the reservation fee is submitted to protect both the buyer and seller.

Please keep in mind that Mother Nature ultimately determines heat cycles, litter sizes, gender distribution, color mix. While we strive to provide accurate timelines and updates, some variation is natural and wait times may fluctuate.

We currently accept Zelle (preferred) and Venmo for reservation fee payments.
